Details:

NECKROLL - (4"x25") Wrap this pack around your neck to lessen stiffness and pain or to soothe a sore throat. Use it on ankles, elbows or foreheads. Wrap it and feel better.


How to Use:

Warm in the microwave for one to three minutes (depending on pack size and microwave strength) for relaxing and penetrating moist heat. DO NOT OVERHEAT. Can also be heated in a conventional oven. Wrap in aluminum foil and heat at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Chill in the freezer overnight for comforting cold therapy.



Take your pick of three delicious and aromatic scents:

1) Lavender for pure relaxation.
